All
returns, refunds, and/or claims must be requested within
15 days of shipment and must meet the following guidelines
or we will not be able to process them.
If a package is received with damaged products, please
make a list of the products that were damaged and contact
us right away so that we can process your claim.
If what you received is not what you ordered as stated
on the invoice, contact us and we will make arrangements
to quickly replace the received item with the invoiced
item. Please keep the packaging and contact us right
away.
Holiday Shipping
Every effort is made to make sure your order arrives to you very quickly. We post "order by" dates on certain items to help customers know the latest possible order date to receive the item by the specified holiday. So far we have not had a shipment arrive late if ordered by the date posted. We do not, however, guarantee arrival dates. Many things can slow down a shipment, including the shipping company that are beyond our control. If your item does not arrive in time, you may send the item back for a refund under our normal return policy. We can't refund the shipping costs but will refund the cost of the item provided that it is received in new condition.
If a you wish to return a product and exchange it for
another item you may do so within 15 days of the shipping
date so long as the product is still in new condition per
inspection upon return & the product is undamaged upon
arrival at our warehouse. During the month of December, the return period is extended to 15 days after Christmas.
The Pink Superstore is not responsible for products
damaged in return shipping, that will have to be settled
between you and shipping company. If you refuse a package there is typically a return shipping charge that will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once received and processed, we will issue a PayPal
request to you for the cost of shipping the exchanged
item, shipping charges are listed in our shipping policy.
If you return an item for store credit, the original
shipping charges will not be refunded because the item
was shipped, however, we will issue a credit for the
cost of the item returned within 5 business days. We
do have a 15% restocking fee.
Certain items have special handling requirements that
must be followed to return them. You will receive an
e-mail upon purchase with these instructions.
